Vincent isn't working the correct way?

    So far on the new vincent server i haven't seen any hostile mob spawns it seems as if the plants arent growing and the leaves aren't disappearing. is something wrong with vincent?

    just went on the server and went cave exploring and mobs are back on but i dont know if leaf decay and plant growth is fixed yet though
