Ah so there was a bug in the chat I guess, I mean that some mod/plugin should have sent you a too long message or something that crashed your client, it could be the flood of a mod that were buggy ? But to give you details about your message, I will "translate" the bug: Internal exception: java.io.IOException: Received string lenght longer than maximum allowed (6365 > 256) Client crash: Bug with Java: A message (string means a text) has been too long, the maximum is 256 characters, the text the client recieved had 6365 characters! I hope it helped you a bit, I hope someone will find the bug fast!
I wonder if for some reason, by any chance, the server version is different than your minecraft version. The server versions are currently the following: Vincent: 1.42 Alice: 1.25 Maybe you should download the minecraft folder and reinstall it, Forcing an update to the files. This can be easily done by using the SK Craft Custom Launcher. Click here and read more about it if you don't know this launcher yet. See you!
If that was the minecraft version, for vincent, he wouldn't be able to even try connecting at all, it would block it and say that the minecraft version is incompatible... I hope the launcher will help fixing the problem anyway! (wich I do not understand: why isn't there a feature so if your client is more up-to-date, you can connect to a server, but it would just block features that aren't compatible with the server, this would be much easier!)
