This build idea comes from about 2 weeks ago, I was feeling nostalgic and so I decided to play The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. While looking at the sheer size of the Imperial City, I wondered to myself, "how epic would it be to build this thing in Minecraft?" I began plotting the city down on graph paper, but eventually gave up when I could not figure out the scaling for the life of me. So I decided I was going to need some help.
