I can properly launch into alice but when i log in it asks me to download the recommended texture pack and then it freezes idk what to do i tried to delete all the folders multiple times. I'm running off a mac book pro 8gb ram intel 7 3.5ghz dual core if that helps.
It freezes because it installs the texture pack... If you wait long enough, it will just install the texture pack... If you don't want the texture pack, then just delete Alice from your list of server, re add it, and when it is asked for the texture pack, just say no, it will work!
The problem is that it freezes before i can click anything. then the screen goes completely black and doesnt crash it just sits there
Ok so before to log in the server, go to the options and disable "server textures" (I don't remember where to find it, but you'll find, and set it to "Off")
(UPDATE) when I play offline it says shutting down server then freezes and goes black. once again no errors. I reaaallllyyy want to play!
The "Shttuing down internal server..." is normal, since you can open your server to LAN. But the black screen after is bad, and I don't know why it happens, ATM I see no solution, maybe.. To wait ?
