[Solved] Armour missing from Vibrant Capacitor

Hello,
Recently I acquired a vibrant capacitor for the purpose of charging my armour and tools.
I had just shift clicked my armour from my armour slots into the charging slots of the vibrant capacitor bank, but as I did so, the armour disappeared from the inventory. I assumed it was a desync so I closed and opened the inventory as to no avail. After that, I attempted to relog which also didn't yield any results. The armour was gone, and I have no clue what happened to it.
If it helps with anything, I was using the LMB mouse tweak that allows you to shift-click multiple items into an inventory by holding shift and left click over the appropriate items.
I was unable to reproduce this with a single item (Hardened solar helmet) but have been unable to test it with multiple items at a time.

The items lost were:
Dark Steel Helmet
Flux-Infused Jetplate
Dark Steel Leggings
Dark Steel Boots.
