Getting Assistance! This is not a normal server. It does not have any ranks except for staff. So don't feel lost if you do not see any staff tags, or special colors/text in chat like on other servers. Feel free to just ask in chat if you need assistance a moderator or a fellow member will be sure to respond! If you need any help from a staff member about refunding of items or the sort, when no moderator is online. Post here http://skcraft.com/forums/private-issues/ please add as much information as possible about the issue that you are posting about. Basic Rules Cheating is not allowed. Please, no client-side modifications, such as X-ray or fly-enablers, that give advantages over other players. Simple mini-maps that may show other players are an exception. Theft from any other players is prohibited. Destruction of other players' property is not allowed. Random player-versus-player combat is not allowed, unless both parties agree to it. Advertising for other Servers is not permitted. Please keep the server PG-13. This is not the place for sexually-suggestive or explicit chat. Vulgar language is not prohibited, but please keep it to a minimum. You are responsible for everything that happens on your account, even if you let another person play on it. This is not an exhaustive list of rules! Please don't do things that unreasonably annoy others. We reserve the right to ask you to cease doing things we feel cause issue for others. Appealing Bans If you are unable to join the server, and you get the message "Your access has been suspended. To contest, report ID ####". This does unfortunately mean that you have been banned from the SKCraft Minecraft servers to appeal the decision by you MUST contact sk89q. He is extremely reasonable and you will have to make a case for yourself. It may take some time before you get a reply, but this is just a common issue whenever contacting sk89q. If you do not make an appeal, your ban will likely not be lifted (or even looked at). You have 2 weeks after the date of the initial ban to start the first appeal.
