Just ask sk do reset it ingame, you don't really have to request it formally (although the formality is appreciated)
Ok, thanks. My friend helped me get started with some stuff, therefore I do not require a reset anymore.
Basically just deleting the file that stores everything the person has in his inventory and the re*get the items the would get when they very first login to the server.
