So I play on a server that uses a custom modpack distributed through the SKCraft launcher, and a lot of the mods it uses are getting pretty dated. I want to update it.

I've downloaded the latest version I could find of every mod in the pack and placed the jars in the mod folder for the instance. I'm even reasonably sure I figured out how to update the Forge it uses. I'm trying to launch the thing to test it out, but it keeps redownloading old versions of the mods I updated! Is there any way to stop it from doing that?

Renaming the instance's folder will disconnect the instance so it will no longer update.
