Denied Iguana Tweaks

I would like to ask if you can take into consideration adding this mob, it's sort of an expansion for Tinkers' Construct, however I suppose it nerfs the tools, it is a fun expansion for the mod as it allows the player to upgrade their weapon/tool as they use it and it eventually becomes really strong, making it nice in that players must spend time using their tool instead of making it and hardly using it​
