If you're having issues with scrolling items in and out of inventories, then it's due to MouseTweaks. Both NEI and MouseTweaks add this feature, so they conflict. In order to fix this, you do not need to remove MouseTweaks. Step 1) Close Minecraft. Step 2) Navigate to "C:\Users\*username*\Documents\SKCraft Launcher\instances\Ivan 1.7\minecraft\config" Step 3) Open MouseTweaks.cfg with notepad. Step 4) Set WheelTweak=1 to WheelTweak=0 Step 5) Save the file (overwrite). Step 6) Open Minecraft and enjoy. I would recommend this be added as a permanent change in the client side config (for the SKCraft Launcher).
