    Mac OS X 10.9.4, java 7u67 64 bit, 512 permgen, 2G min 3G max ram

    Talons had this issue too. Set the jvm path to /Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/jdk1.7.0_67.jdk/Contents/Home/bin/java

    When I checked there the JavaVirtualMachines folder was empty, tried setting it to the other folder (Java/Home/bin/etc etc) didn't work either...

    You need to install the JDK for Java 7 u 67. I made the mistake of installing the JRE for Java 7 u 67.
