Hi, I downloaded the game launcher last night and was able to connect yesterday but now I cannot launch either "normal" Minecraft or the Alice version from the SKCraft Launcher. It seems as though either the link between the launcher and Minecraft is broken, or the launcher itself is broken. I have been able to open "standard" Minecraft using the Mojang launcher. I have also used the "options" to force an update but this has had no effect. Also, I have tried to re-download the launcher, again with no effect. I checked for crash reports and there were none in the directory. I am running Windows 8 (ewww). --- EDIT: just found a post which may have helped me in a separate forum within the site which gave me the following error output: Process ended with code 1 Minecraft is no longer running! Click 'Close Window' to close this window. Did you know: In 'Options', under 'Environment', you can disable this window from appearing. Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine. Error: A fatal exception has occurred. Program will exit. Error occurred during initialization of VM Could not reserve enough space for object heap I am just going to do a restart of my machine to see if this works. Stay tuned! --- EDIT (2): fixed by doing a restart. If you see the error or not being able to reserve enough space, either clear your java cache or (easier) restart your computer.
