    ok i think we need this mod because advanced solars are so expensive and it reduces peoples huge wind mill towers and convience. its a equivalent exchange for 4 mills to one that produces the same amount. i belive there is 4 versions and its not too OP. this is a mod out of convience that would help alot of people. would like for sk to put this on hold till 1.5 but ya great idea http://forum.industrial-craft.net/index.php?page=Thread&threadID=9205

    Unless the recipe is changed or the power generation for each windmill is nerfed, i highly doubt it'll be added. Especially since it's 1.5.1 and the server won't be 1.5 for a long time yet.

    I rather make the solar panel recipe easier over adding this mod.
