not a 100% sure, but I think that ONLY admins with FTP access could help you by deleting on the alice FTP the file {server_root}/world/players/mbowman96.dat Hope you'll get what you want (also you are sure of that)
Nearly no-one has ftp access except maybe cran. But if you want your character reset, its best to ask sk ingame or just start a conversation with him if you want it sooner than later.
