can't resolve host name

hello

I'm new to this server and I can't connect to alice with "can't resolve host name " error message.
i use alice.sk89q.com
and ny.alice.sk89q.com

can you help me please?

Connect to serenity.sk89q.com:45444 instead.

thank you,but, it still don't work with "connection refused: connect" error message.

(game is runing fine in sp mod)

Last night the server moved back to an old host. However this was not the cause of your issues before this.
