[BUG] Chunkloaders not working?!

Hey all, as time goin there was been lot of changes about chunk loaders but I have 1 chunkloader and 1 spot loader over my base (chunk loader is set to circle).

But today I been mining in mining world and dumping my items into ender pouch but unfortunately the ender chest which is connected to AE not being emptying (Export bus on it) .. but when im here
its working normaly so I asume that chunkloaders are not loading properly....

Please take look at it
