Well I have know other place to ask about this and this forum community is very nice and stuff so here I go.

I want a budget laptop at the best bang to buck ratio. these would be the priorities greatest to least.

    1. Performance- don't really need a super computer but a decent processor would be nice. I think the a good marker would be that it can run CS:GO nicely on low-mid settings.
2 . design & build quality- not really that important but I would prefer I nicer not cheap looking chasis for the thing. I don't really care about the size too much as well.
    3. keyboard - don't want any of those really mushy keys that are on lots of laptops now days.
    3. display - anything above 720p is good also an IPS display would be nice but not necessary.

and thought there would be more things that mattered but I guess there isn't. Answer only if you want & like answering these things. Ty in advance. :)

Didn't you build your own desktop or something recently...if I were you I'd simply use the desktop for gaming all the time and just get a super-cheap laptop for doing "computer-necessary" work anywhere besides home, if you even need it.

Assuming you have a desktop, chances are you'll be stunned at the lag and lack of quality that you'll get in a laptop, and chances are that if you are gaming outside from home - it's better for you to spend that time with your family or to enjoy life...rather than enjoy killing people in CS:GO...

Personally I have a ridiculously powerful desktop at home and very rarely ever use a spare laptop. Aside from that, if I'm away from home, I'd just use my phone...if you're wanting to still have a full sized keyboard to type documents and such - then consider a thin Bluetooth one you can bring around and connect to your phone.

The benefits of saving your money and spending it all on a desktop (rather than splitting between a desktop and a laptop) is that you'll have an extremely cool/good looking computer at home and have higher quality gameplay in less time, rather than lower quality gameplay over longer times (definitely a little far fetched, but still).

All in all, I know that you're not an adult and although I won't judge your intelligence, you probably don't fully understand the value of money. I strongly suggest that you consider the fact that this is an unnecessary waste of money (given that you have a desktop) and the only true need for this seems to be for feeding an addiction of playing CS:GO, or something of that sort.

It's better that you spend your money wisely.

If you go to college, you might only have a laptop, so that's when having a "decent laptop" might come in handy.

Mentioning a budget would be helpful.

I have Lenovo S510p, and I like it. It works quite good (I can play "the Witcher 2" on normal-high video settings, at least I could before installing Windows 10, I didn't try it after) and it's not very expensive (500$ or something was when I bought it on sale). It looks very nice, screen has resolution - 1366x768 and keyboard is very good for me.

So, if you will check characteristics of it, you can find almost the same laptop. "almost the same", because I'm afraid this laptop is not producing anymore, so it could be quite hard to find it in a normal shop.
