This update requires a client update. You will be prompted to update upon logging in with the launcher. Changes: Added ArsMagica, which is an entirely new magic tech tree where you can create spells and more! Added Assembly Line, which allows you to move items with conveyer belts. If you are crashing (although you should do this anyway), try: Go to the launcher's Options. Go to the Environment tab. Under JVM arguments, add: Code: -XX:PermSize=32m -XX:MaxPermSize=256m
Mmm. Sounds interesting. Will we get a mining world reset with this? It seems to have some sort of generation.
I think twilight forest may be a bit much. There are some things that come with it, and other things in the twilight forest itself that I think would not fit well at all. First the forest itself. I would recommend no quarries/miners allowed. There are places that are meant to be explored on foot and not just be mined out with machines. In fact I would go so far as to say that I would disable the teleporting, or even existing in the twilight forest with quantum/gravisuite armor. There are places that are very very rich in ores, but also very very dangerous as a player. Having quantum/gravi, or machines, would make it extremely easy for players to get massive quantities of ores/resources. Second is the items. I would have to look through them, because I do not know them all, but the one that comes to mind is the ore magnet. I really do not think that should be enabled on Alice. Other Items I would love to have, like the charm of keeping. I would not think that is OP because they can only be found in certain places and must be combined in large quantities to be of any real value. Also yea, he never promised factorization, he just said he was thinking about it. Honestly with AE installed factorization is next to useless, and if put to the same use would be quite lag inducing. The only reason I want factorization is for the wrath ignitor.
i kept crashing after the --XX : PermSize=32m -XX:MaxPermSize=256m fix so i gave my self a bot more -XX : PermSize=20g -XX:MaxPermSize=20g
Well if you have 64 gigs, which I highly doubt, then you should not have to specify crap to get it to run correctly.
I agree. You can always disable items though like we did with some of the weapons and armor in one of our mods. Granted that's a lot of items to disable but it's less then the weapons mod. I also agree that living in the forest or even great armor shouldn't be allowed. If anything, set it up to where when you teleport to twilight forest, you get a brand new inventory (not wiped just saved to the overworld) so that way you can't abuse twilight forest.
