I am experiencing issues where my cargo manager does nothing ( and yes there is an advanved track next to it) also my cart with a tree cutter tool does not cut down the whole tree, only parts of a tree.

Same, tried it awhile ago on a cart with a hardened drill, and the bells'n'whistles to make it mine. It didn't even return to the surface when it got full

I was told that minecarts in general are borked on the server. I'm not sure why yet -- likely caused by the server.
