**UPDATED** Please read the bottom, before the screenshots! I know I was one of the people telling others adamantly that this was a client issue and not a problem with the server, I am here to say that I was completely wrong. I had been on the mining world all day without a single issue, then I went and attempted to make a frame bore. I did not even get it 50% set up when I placed a panel wrong and it was sticking out, so I went to break it, the breaking animation played all the way through, but it popped back up again. I tried about 4 more times before deciding it was a ghost block and relogged in an attempt to remove it. When I logged back in I was in for a shock! My entire bore had vanished, except for the chest! Well, it had vanished to my client to be exact, as I could not move into the area that it occupied. I also noticed at this time some red stone, and I knew this was not there before, so I broke it, and it became silver... At this point I thought "This must be the client acting up as other had experienced" so I did the logical thing and wiped my client and folder to start fresh. I logged back in with a clean client and... no go. My bore was still invisible and the changing blocks were still there. My bore is located in the mining world at -539 65 -1833, there is a 2x1 hole leading straight down to it from the surface at that location. **edit** Ok, this issue only seems to happen when you log in and you are in the mining world, when you leave and re enter the mining world, everything returns to normal for the time being. I will include some screenshots of its location and the random block/environment changes as well. (the sky looks like it does in the end) This is outside: This is in the shaft, random lights and a mystcraft book slot I think... : And this is where my bore is sitting, the chest is on the back of it, and the front is at the far end where the redstone is:
