Thats exactly it. :) Copper basically 32 bit java cannot address the 2048 (2gb) memory that you have asked it to allocate, therefore it is failing...
We have used ramdisks in the past but that has limited extra dimensions and such. With an SSD we will have more possibilites to do fun stuff.
With these limitations I don't think you can brand this document as "Every Minecraft Server World Wide"

Not really. The dimensions if important could probably be loaded on a single player instance to retrieve items.
I might just remove dimdoors. Problem is dunno what people are using it for...
