I have never actually played either of those mods. Personally I would love to remove them but I understand other people want it.
This has been fixed now. Some setting on the server was set wrong, not allowing the dial devices to load chunks in order to work properly.

If you get errors about missing multiparts, you probably launched the wrong pack (Legacy). Try the one without Legacy if you didn't already.
