It wouldn't matter anyways- Reactors are disabled. They either don't work, or you can generate 55m eu/t and up with no explosion.
The Quarry loads it's chunks by itself. I have no idea where you got that info.
FTB wouldn't have GT documentation or any other mods that are "too good for them". Also, the pack is actually configured, with several recipes...
BioLock is a no, it didn't work at all last time we tried it, or in 1.4, and it's not for our version of CC.

I suggest getting screenshots, video, ect of your base while you can. We will attempt to figure out a way to distribute the map, but no guarantees.

No, different mods register Iron Plates as plateIron, and NEI cycles through them.
That doesn't include Tile Data though. (Machines, ect)

They still can't move, but they are craftable now. They preserve programs and labels as well, when you upgrade them.
We have already made a custom recipe fot them.
I still need to test that... probably though.
