The bad lag spikes in late alice 1.5.2, were due to the IC2 energy net. Those problems of which, have been fixed in 1.6.4 versions on IC2 AFAIK.

IIRC, dollies are only actually able to move vanilla chests, ironchests, BC tanks as well as their own barrels (and probably a few other things)....
Mostly the reason for limited documentation is because all ores minus the vanilla ores are added by MOredictrecipes, which was made by tonius.
The color of the foci, matches the color of the ore. It's not that hard.
