A lot of holes have appeared around the spawn area and around the enchanting table near the public ranches. Also the bridge at spawn has completely gone, with a sign saying "Down for Maintenance"
It's possible that somebody is redisigning the bridge, and the road. Mabye they are putting another material in the road or something.
It's still a grief of the spawn, if it was a redisign, it should already be fixed. Maybe it's time for a moderator on vincent
Agree...why make a load of random holes if you don't have the material to fill them. At least they took the time to put a sign up
But that doesn't make sense from a greifing perspective. Holes in the ground aren't that damaging. It's better to just remove important structures, let animals out of pens, etc. That sign on the bridge makes it possible for just a redisign. Mabye they got busy with other things.
ok, is someone doing more re-designing? legoman6060's new bridge has mostly been destroyed; flooding infront of the pumpkin pie factory, and across the river; the chicken farm virtually destroyed; the cows and horses let out of the public ranch by fences broken; most of the bookshelves around the enchanting table gone; a property belonging to branderos near spineguard looks griefed (can't say for sure as I don't go that way often); Pretty sure it was ok at 7pm Sat (uk time) - went back on 11pm and found it like it is.
I can for one tell you that it was not me doing the second "re-designing", as I haven't been on in a few days. I hope that somehow this was something to do with the server, although that is not really what I'm expecting it will turn out to be.
Griefing should be fixed and the griefer banned. Also, most of spawn is not protected to let people expand spawn. If I missed anything, let me know.
More minor griefing found today: chests and leaf blocks removed from spawn; water and dirt blocks placed in nether station; random signs; flooding under public chicken farm (wasn't today but took screenshot);
