This is my first day of being on SKCraft, and I have seen TWO people on Vincent. The times I've been on Alice there were ~5 on at the same time! Does anyone go on Vincent much?
People have unfortunately always preferred Alice. We get 30-70 people on Alice during the peak seasons. The issue is that we only have time to really promote one server and since most people prefer Alice, Vincent is more for the really dedicated people who want a stable vanilla server. We actually only brought Vincent back a few months ago after some people requested it, even though it was expected that not many people would play it. Vincent used be our main server back in 2010-2011 and we'd peak about ~60 people, but Alice took that away. I had actually had been going on Vincent, but lately I've been working on WorldEdit.
I occasionally play on Vincent, but it does have a smaller playerbase and so you're likely to see less people on.
I'm New and I'm liking Vincent so far...I died while building my little cottage and BranderoS helped me out xD cause I didnt know how to get back to it turns out I was right next to his station and I never even realized! but all and all I'm having a good time
Sure thing BranderoS.everyone I've met so far has been very friendly and that's awesome most servers I've been to people barely talk to you let alone help you.
The same experience I had. Before I joined SK I played on cracked servers, but they don't have the experience I found here, that's why I'm only playing SK
I haven't played today because I'm still in the process of moving and today was packing day I have to login and check on my little cottage in the woods
I think vincent is great, the plugins are usefull, and help make a better vanilla experience. I like vincent and use it mostly for builds. I play it when I can.
