Welcome to the official Vanhalla thread. About: Vanhalla was a once lost city, deep underground that had become untamed and abandoned. But three mighty adventurers, Krootlord, DrTux and Vanilla990 came across it while exploring and decided to re-open the lost city to a group of people and share the almighty knowledge and wisdom that lies beneath. They set about mending the lost city and repairing the ruins in anticipation of the awesome project they had discovered. Vanhalla is located in Summerhold. There are several ways to get here. You can either travel via the nether network which is probably the easiest route or you can walk through the Summerhold city and follow the signposts labelled "Vanhalla". Joining: If you would like to join Vanhalla, please post below saying that you would like to join and also include your Minecraft username as this makes it easier for us to let you know when you have been given a plot and keep in contact with you easier. We would like to see some evidence of a house or building that you have already built in Minecraft. That can be either somewhere on the Vincent server or a screenshot from a single player server. Either myself (Krootlord), DrTux or Vanilla990 will look at this thread occasionally to check on applications and keep everyone updated on information about Vanhalla. Rules: There are some simple rules in Vanhalla that we would like all members to follow: Do not grief! A lot of time and work has been put into this area by the main developers and members, please do not start trashing the area. You could be banned from the server for doing so. Do not steal! Please do not break into peoples houses and steal items. Please be friendly to other members of Vanhalla. We are trying to create a peaceful city, not a war zone. If you have been allocated a plot, please make sure you read the rules on the noticeboard in the housing area first. Please do not build on the area where the surface entrance is without first asking for permission by one of the Vanhalla Moderators. More rules might be added. Updates: The courtyard has been updated again to move areas and hopefully create more space to add other bits in the future. More housing plots are being mined at the moment. Hello there Krootlord! I'm new to the server, And I saw this post on the threads and loved the idea of an underground city. I'd love to join Vanhalla. A decent picture of my home on my buddies server is attached here.
Did you actually rediscover it or is that the lore? Just wondering. Either one is equally possible, with all the people who stopped playing.
I would like to join, me and Radio play together a lot. Here's my private island home that I made a little while back, nothing really special.
well, I rather like Viscionify's house so I am willing to accept him. At this rate we're going to need some tnt to clear the plots quicker XD

I'd like to join vanhalla if u don't mind...we have pre-made houses there or do u give us plots? I swear I will respect all the rules my IGN is Bogtastic
@bgd you get given a plot (when they have been made) and you make a home there. also we would like a image of a prev home (can be sp or on another server) thx :d
I would like to remind all Vanhalla members that the area surrounding the surface entrance is not to be built on. Please take into consideration that Vanhalla is a project itself and that another player has a project near by that would rather people didn't invade the area to build things.
