More and more strange things happens.

First, as path noticed, my big spruce trees have been cut by another player.
And as second, I just found out that someone cut a tunnel from matthewmadsens house under my town to just near my castle WITHOUT my permissions... I closed another tunnel 3 days ago and now there is a new tunnel.
Must have been dug last night, because I finished the building next to it yesterday and then there wasn't that tunnel entrance/exit

I would like to know...

player ozcr claimed a piece of land in the spawn.
He wants to build there, but he claimed pieces of the ranch and spawn's enchanting table.
Its free to build there, but in my opinion he should not claim it

He also claimed another persons start of a building.

Basic Rules

Cheating is not allowed. Please, no client-side modifications, such as X-ray or fly-enablers, that give advantages over other players. Simple mini-maps that may show other players are an exception.
Theft from any other players is prohibited.
