Update for 2/5/2012

    As of writing, updates have only been deployed to Alice, but will be pushed to Vincent (and James).
    • Alice changes:
      • Jetpacks will now prevent all fall damage
      • Quantum suit boots will now prevent all fall damage
      • Quantum helmets will now reset food levels even in Netherworld
    • General changes:
      • Magma cubes now have a 1 in 20 chance of dropping one record on death.
      • When in a private chat channel, your name, if capitalized differently, will now be highlighted properly if it is mentioned.

    yay jetpacks... and quantum helms ^^ that is best part... but i dont think i will benifit from it because my computer keeps generating client side lava (which is invisible and instant kills). i do hope client side lava is fixed as its inside a block so when you mine it is spreads... no stopping it. btw once someone dies from some it becomes actual lava just so you know

    Did you nerf jetpacks? My electric jetpack won't run for more than a minute before losing power.

    Jetpacks had a bug where they would magically refill when you took falling damage. Now that falling damage has been fixed, this bug that improperly extended the duration of jetpacks has been fixed. This could definitely feel like a nerf, but it is not; jetpacks are now lasting how long they are supposed to last, rather than vastly longer.
