      I have gone to my friends house very recently, he doesn't know my password it was only saved on his computer. I've deleted it from the launcher so he cant access my account anymore and he apologises for the inconvenience.

      Well that's just great now i know someone from my friends has greifed people using my account... This is just great.... forgot my password was saved on my friends computer and bam he used it on alice and gets me banned. I would personally never greif people so im sorry for the inconvenience

        Even in this case the ban is justified, since a.) it's to avoid more logins by others b.) it's your responsibility to take care for your accounts.

        Exactly. Don't give anyone your account data because things like this may happen. And even if you say it was a friend, it was your account, so for all we know you could have been it yourself and you're just trying to excuse yourself. But in all honesty I tend to believe you because you didn't seem like a griefer/thief.

        Who needs a website to do packet tracing? There's a terminal command for that - and also on Windows (!). Usually I get 0% packet loss but when these... "phases" happened I had like 70%. It seems to have resolved mostly though, I get a few occasional disconnects in the afternoon but I think that's because people come home from work and hog the internet around my village...

        The whole point of the tracing is to find out exactly where its going, regardless of the loss. For all you know, your requests could be going through texas, new york, paris, japan, and italy before it finally gets to where its suppose to go.
