        you can disable minimap if you hit M (while in game) a gui will pop up with a few things, one will say minimap then beside it, it will say enable if you click the thing that says enable it will disable it.

        well, thank you, but the owner of the server I wanna get on might say they have an anticheat plugin, which probably will kick me as soon as it detects the minimap. Won't know til he replies to my PM.

        Well, at least the Vincent client is 1.4.2. My normal Minecraft client can't be updated until the mods I put on it are updated, and judging by how long that can take, Minecraft may be at 1.5 by the time my mods are ready :(

        Well, actually, it might not take very long, but still, Mojang only just released 1.4.4 and already have a 1.4.5 prerelease ready! How fast are these people going?!

    I started playing Minecraft itself last May (Specificly, May 2012), but my older sister introduced me to SKCraft only a month later. I gotta give her lots of credit for it, because I love the heavily modded Alice configuration. And now that it's gone 1.4, it's even better! Just wish I could get it to work...
