I'm not actually sure if this is a bug or intentional, as I can't find any other information about this on this website, but all of the IC2 machines that I place in the mining world are defunct. The generator and batbox that I placed did not show the proper texture overlay (the black part that lights up for the gen, the output dot for the batbox), and I had also placed a miner and a pump. The gui did not come up when I right clicked any of them, and the wrench could not remove them, so I had to break them with a pick. the batbox and generator dropped their item such that I could place them again elsewhere, however the pump and miner only dropped machine blocks, as they would have in the main world. I realize it's very close to reset, but if the cause of this can be discovered soon, perhaps the mod or whatever can be patched before we restart the server? I don't really know, since I'm not a coder... but at the very least, if this is not going to be fixed or can't be fixed, it would be nice for there to be a warning on the wiki, perhaps on the page about the mining world.
ok. I had a feeling it might be something like that... Bleh. guess that means it might be a while before it gets fixed. EDIT: Since my problem has been explained, and it's not something that can be fixed by us, can one of the mods please close this thread for me?
