Well when you think of it "Uniloc" has sued 73 companies over violating its patent and 25 companies had settled according to Uniloc, so you can "kind of" see why Notch said that and pulled a steve jobs.
I'd like to point out that some of the companies their suing (EA, Square Enix, Source, etc.), some of which are big timers, so it's kind of slim to no chance that Uniloc will come out on top
