SKCraft Holiday Giveaway of 2011 ($140 in prizes)

In celebration of the holiday festivities, I'd like to present to you the great Holiday Giveaway of 2011.

The prizes available are (estimated prices in USD):

1. Skyrim ($60 value)
2. Magicka + all expansions ($30 value)
3. Killing Floor ($20 value)
4. Cogs ($10 value)
5. Terraria ($10 value)
6. Garry's Mod ($10 value)
7. 2000 in-game credits

DPKiller will be helping with providing some of the prizes.

How to qualify:

• Must have played at least 10 hours on the server between December 1, 2011 12:00 AM and December 24, 2011 11:59 PM (Pacific time)
• Reply to this thread with your Minecraft name and join the SKCraft Steam group: http://steamcommunity.com/groups/skcraft

The chance of winning is 1 in the number of people who enter.
By participating to this giveaway, you agree to the following rules:

1. No purchase necessary.
2. This giveaway is only eligible to users who own a valid Steam account that can receive gifts and have completed the qualifications mentioned above.
3. Only entries posted by January 1, 2012 at 5:00 PM PST are eligible. Entries must mention their Minecraft username to be eligible.
4. Winners are chosen after January 1, 2012 at 5:00 PM PST.
5. Winners will be notified via these forums using a private message.
6. Winners must respond by January 7, 2012 at 5:00 PM PST to claim a prize. If a winner does not reply within the allotted time frame, the winner will forfeit the ability to claim a prize and a new winner will be chosen.
7. Seven winners will be picked to choose one prize. If seven or less valid entries are submitted by the entry deadline, the giveaway will end and no prizes will be given away.
8. Only one entry per person. Multiple entries will only count as one entry.
9. Each winner selects from the list one prize, removing that prize from the list of available prizes for other winners. Winners are given the ability to choose in the order that they are picked.
10. Winners may only choose a prize that they do not own, as applied to the game prizes. If the winner already owns all the games and the 2000 in-game credits option has become unavailable, the winner will be able to choose any available game regardless.
11. In the circumstance that a prize should become unavailable, the prize will be substituted with the prize of 2000 in-game credits. Winners are responsible for any additional charges or fees associated with a prize, including taxes, if any should arise.
12. If the winner cannot receive the prize via Steam for whatever reason, the winner will receive 2000 in-game credits.
13. We reserve the right to use the online alias of a winner in connection with the giveaway in published materials.
14. We are not responsible for the availability of the site, nor technical errors made by you or the administrators, under any circumstances for any time period.
15. The list of winners will be made available publicly at the end of the giveaway.
16. The values of the prizes are only estimated based on their regular price as listed on Steam when not under any promotion.
17. Winners will be selected based on random lottery.
18. We reserve the right to disqualify any individual that we feel is tampering with or undermining the giveaway.
19. The owner of the Steam name given to receive the prizes must be owned by the owner of the entry.
20. Participating in the giveaway indemnifies the giveaway administrators from any claim or cause of action.
