i have seen a couple with mod support but their all for redpower 1.7.3 and industrialcraft when it was still ic not ic2. it's better to just use the best texture pack ya like and if it's x32 dl the faithful pack mod addons or if it's another pixel size just go to forum.industrialcraft.net, they have some pretty talented texture pack artists for all sizes
I'd Recommend Soartex, It's already got all of the textures for IC, and their BC, RedPower, and others are incomplete. A lot of the base building is already there, and it is smooth and clean.

Check out the one at industrial rage texture pack: http://killerbeesgaming.com/forum/m/2959419/viewthread/1890328-irpackv4-official-texture-pack-hd it's been around for a while and has really evolved over the months, it uses textures from awesome texture packs like soartex (don't know if it still does) and some custom textures which look pretty nice. Use it for that industrial themed or like bladerunner themed (littlebit) textures. Think of it like a compilation of all the good textures from various texture packs with a few custom ones.
Mkay, in the process of compiling and tweaking. If I can't make Soartex-style stuff, I'll simply use Faithful stuff as stand-ins.
I'll put in a good word for Soartex. Been using the fan version of it with IC2 support for a little while on Alice and it looks absolutely great. It's a 64x64 pack, but it could be resized if need be. I'll even put a little time into working on it if I have to. It's a great texture pack because it adds clarity and polish to the world without becoming too detached from the vanilla texture's aesthetics.

These are a compilation of mostly Soartex textures, with some Faithful item sprites when Soartex didn't have them, and Faithful GUIs instead of Soartex GUIs. Soartex GUIs I find abhorrently hideous. I used the Affinite 64x Faithful's Font instead of Soartex. I find it rather more readable, and larger to boot. that is exactly what the industrial rage texture pack did in the beginning of the texture pack but now they just make custom ones like you
I like to use EvenTime + LB Photo Realism (clouds, sun, moon) Sometimes I mix it up and use a different pack other than EvenTime, but I always use LB's clouds, sun, and moon, etc.Makes nearly all texture packs seem so much nicer.
