I have a slow internet connection. I repeatedly got this error on Alice, and rarely Vincent. At first, I though that it was my connection, but then I realized that this happens ONLY on Alice and Vincent. I tried the NY mirror (I'm in the US) but it was no better. This happens about every minute or less. I'm not really sure if this is a 'bug' that would go in this category, but I can't find a better place to put it. Can someone help me?
Where do you live on alice? Are there many players around? Many machines? It happened to me and a lot of other players when we were on main island, that's why i went like 10k blocks from spawn. Sk told me it has to do with the bandwidth of your internet connection, not being able to progress the blockchanges all the way to your computer, therefore the game dies.
Ever since the 1.2.5 update i've never got disconnected or got any lag, so its probably your isp or some internet-provider shit.
Only if you have too much of them ... i use several stacks of windmills and prob 2 - 4 stacks of watermills to produce energy but no disconnections so far.
I have 12 manned mode watermills in my cellar. all it does is fill a single batbox. I've isolated the complete system because when I do use it, it lags me severely when I move away from it. When it's inert, no lag at all.
