Add a recipe for green heart canisters

    On a previous iteration of Alice someone added a recipe for the green heart canisters from Tinker's construct that involved emerald potatoes. I think it would be neat if we could get them back again. Its nice to have a large portion of health, and they are just one more fun thing to collect

    I added this last time. I added the emerald encrusted potato to the SKCraft Shenanigans mod for the sole purpose of that heart canister recipe.

    I'm sure something like that could be implemented again.
