Can't open portal to the Twilight Forest

    Can't open portal to the Twilight Forest. I did everything right, but it didn't open:( Is it disabled or what? And if it is, how can I get to the Forest?

    The Twilight forest dimension is not enabled, you cannot open a portal.

    Most Twilight loot and trees and such spawn in special biomes around the world afaik.
