    The quest book wants me to make an Empty PCB, I have made one, and even charged it in the UV light box, had both in my inventory, but the quest is not completed.

    I think this needs to be made a detection task rather than a crafting task

    Unrelated as of sorts, but I think this quest should also be before the Flux Compressor quest, since you need to make PCB's to make the Flux Compressor
