Just some bugs i have encountered in my time on the new alice server:
Electrical engines not working. They have the green smoke animation but they don't provide energy. I tried the exact same setup we have in single player and it worked fine.

Workaround: None. Could you post in the comments if you have one?

Some mod items not sorting and causing other items not to sort in inventory tweaks.
    Backpacks from forestry
    Crops from ic2

Workaround: place the items you get on your cursor when you try to sort into a seperate chest for non-sorting items. Without the buggy item in your chest/inventory, you should be able to sort correctly

Even some vanilla items don't sort sometimes and bug out with inventory tweaks. Boats never sort and sugarcane, bonemeal, seeds, and possibly others will sometimes become buggy and never sort and stay in your inventory if you don't do some workaround

Workaround: In some cases with items that behave the same as the mod items above, throw it in the chest for non-sorting items. In other cases when the item refuses to leave your inventory, put it in a chest but do not stack it on an item of the same id.

I was going to go to jimeowan to fix this but then i remembered that we are still on 1.2.3 :p

Edit: i forgot to report that the nanosabers are very glitchy. they turn on and off rapidly when you try to turn them on

Use an energy link to convert EU to BC Power.

Yeah, we just started using that but we were trying to avoid it as it uses MV which is completely utterly unneccesary for powering 1 centrifuge. Maybe for a quarry or 2 but not 1 measly centrifuge. 2 Electrical engines will use 12eu/t to run 1 centrifuge stable. I do like that workaround thou:D

You can just treach your energy link by putting a BatBox In between.

Also, you maybe want to make a seperate 'smelting street' for all kinds of combs.
