[Issue] Can't complete quest "Flying Hight"

    Hello here,
    today i tried completing this quest so i flyed up to y=4k and i didnt recived feather. So is quest bugged?
    Can i recive it other way ?

    We are aware of the issue. A moderator will be able to provide you with the feather of flight so that you can proceed through the quest line for the time being. You will need to demonstrate your ability to reach the height while the moderator is present. A screenshot is not sufficient!
