You are out of memory. Allocate at least 2GB, 2048 MB in the launcher.

P.S. The first line of the stacktrace, aka line 7, says "cpw.mods.fml.common.LoaderException: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError"

EDIT: I'll edit my launcher to default to 2GB....
EDIT: Use the launcher I made here. It will show a status image of Alice, as well as default the memory allocation to 2048 MB and the Permgen to 256 MB

Ok, it can run in single player offline mode, but it timed out when i try to connect to alice.sk89q.com
