Xeon processors are definitely more costly, but their sheer name gives an indication of the amount of processing power you can get by having even a lower grade E3.

http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/user/ausoME0613/saved/WDG2FT Cheap as chips now. The custom prices are the Amazon prices. Will it run the same or better?
The first one is the best, the second is acceptable. Don't get the third one, AMD chips really aren't worthwhile.
http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/user/ausoME0613/saved/c6Mypg Absolutely positivity final build with my discount for 5% off I have enough money for a monitor and about £20 for keyboard and mouse.
Make sure you get at least a 1080p monitor. I also recommend a matte finish, and at least a 21 inch screen.
I'm getting a 21.5 inch BenQ monitor. https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B005OPLG0O/ref=cm_sw_r_awd_iqNzub1D7SVPA
And also I need a new Keyboard and mouse as my old one is ded and ageing. Hopefully something cheap and the keyboard is mini. I've looked every where. Also my desk mouse thing is 45cm by 15cm if that helps?
Comparing Xeon to i7, take a look at this, it clears up a lot about the debate and although it certainly doesn't explain every single singularity or difference, it absolutely nails the main ones. Very useful.
