    YAY! I found the bug's reason! Bug reason is... Ta da da taaaa... LITELOADER MODS!
    Because MC 1.7.10 with just forge installed is working normally. That's bug maybe only my bug because my platform is AMD.

    P.S. Thanks to the CrackPack, second modpack lagging on AMD!
