Multiplayer not works

When i am pressing "Multiplayer" button, the game causes a lot of lags and not loading the server, than just goes sleep (sry for my bad English)

Game's Settings:
Memory:6114MB (6GB)
Perm: 128

PC:
8GB Mem
8-Core amd processor
1GB AMD Radeon 7770 videocard

OS:
Windows (x64)

Java:
Java 7 update 67 (x64)

Try changing your PermGen to 256
