Please please please please please make harvestcraft salt able to be used in Mekanism machines again!
4x and 5x ore processing is supposed to require a big, copper-whore, plant. The salt wasn't really intended to work with mek, since it skips an important part of the process. Moreover a "realtime" ore processing would require a big amount of those Pam's salt, so a nasty autocraft setup. For the server sake, better not having that. Salination plant throughput have been multiplied by 5, so only 1 should be enough.
OFF TOPIC: I just realized that the salt in Mek is Hydrogen Chloride, or Hydrochloric Acid. The Pam's salt was converted into this stuff. Therefore, our cheeseburgers were highly acidic and capable of dissolving us. **mind blown** But hey, this is just Minecraft, where a reactor is made out of uranium and a turbine out of depleted uranium.
I personally don't like that re-addition. Blood Magic provided a nice reasonable method of doing it, which provided a reason for most people to get started in Blood Magic
With all honesty, I agree with you on that statement, it's making obtaining leather a tad too easy; of course, there's also the alchemy feature that changes zombie brains into leather at the cost of mana from Botania.
