Well as the title says, suggest some mod ideas as I feel doing some modding again. Please do not suggest massive mods but keep them doable for a one-man maybe two-man team. Also add a good description and possibly pictures etc. Every mod should be on a separate page but may extend to use multiple pages if needed. I've made a document to list all ideas here. Please have your additions follow the first idea format as much as possible. On the 6th of September the document will be closed for edits and all ideas will end up in a poll match which will be like: [idea 1] } [winner][idea 2] } [winner][idea 3] } [winner][idea 4] The first day will be September 7th and from that day on I'll setup a set of polls to vote. Day one will have like idea 1, 2, 3, 4 match up in sets of two and day two will have winner 1 and 2 match up etc. Eventually one idea will roll out and I'll put up a repository on github and develop the mod. The main repository will be manageable by the Mod Pack Team only. Though everyone is allowed to help out by forking and submitting pull requests and create issues.
How about a mod that lets you put Minecraft in a OC or CC screen? LOLJK But on a serious note, how about a mod about cyborgs and stuff, where you can make a sort of cybernetic implant and using a special robot, put it inside yourself and have superpowers. But the problem is, you will stick to magnetic surfaces and some aliens falling from the sky can hack it and con(troll) you.
I'd like you to keep it simple and doable for a small team and reasonable as a mod. This means nothing as big as AI hacking into you to control you. Nothing too advanced as it'd make it quite hard for me to make. I can do the following things at least: - Items - Blocks - Event handling - GUIs - Tile entities - Entities (without big AI things) And probably a few more things. Just keep things reasonable and I'd also like to keep it balanced and not OP.
I would really want to see multiblock TE machines that work kinda like the factorys from mek. Now that i think about it it would be obsolete compared to the factorys. Edit: i guess i should go into greater detail about this well you would build it out of tiered blocks (like the TE4 machines have) and you could put special upgrade blocks in it kinda like the alveary in forestry for more slots in the machine and speed and efficiency or you could make those augments as well idk what evers best. but hope you like my idea.
Dogecoins then, for servers? Dogecoins can be found in dungeons, villages, traded by villagers, and mined. You can make a dogecoin wallet. You can trade dogecoins with peeps. Dogecoins make the world go cubic.
It might be interesting to see a dynamic currency mod. A few suggested features: Require all villager trades to have the currency on one of the sides of the trade Some sort of bank system, in which you can deposit your coins, and receive a debit card and a low interest rate A short-term credit system, a la credit cards Some kind of marketplace block, allowing you to sell items to players wherever they might be, removing the need for a bazaar, which always seems to be more trouble than it's worth Giving players the ability to found their own bank-type organization, which can lend to other players or banks Other features I haven't thought of yet
