i am asking for this plugin to be added to the server because i am currently having trouble building my iron trench. This plugin is used in combination with the village marker mod, essentially all it does is send the information to the client allowing the client to display the villages

i under stand Vincent is strictly unmodded but this mod does not add anything new to the game just adds a way to display villages.

im not going to argue about it if you want to fix my iron trench for me with out it fine.

also its not realy a mod its more of a tool, because it doesn't realy change the game

callum: There are two types of mods: Server side, and Client side.

For example, NEI is a client mod; the server doesn't need to have anything installed, just the client. You can optionally install as many or as few of these as you like, and use them on any server.

WorldEdit is a server mod; the client doesn't need to have anything installed, just the server. Vincent has a few of this type of mod installed to handle ownership, the fancy signs, the changed rail behavior, etc.

The vast majority of mods are both; to use Thermal Expansion it must be on the server and the client. VillageMarker is with this vast majority of mods, needing to be on the client and server. There will never be that type of mod on Vincent.
