ME drives Stolen

    I logged on to the server and my
    ME drives were stolen. I talked to the guys online and apparently this happened to FuzzyHarpyBug 2 weeks ago. the last time i logged on was about a week ago and My me drives were still there. Can you guys help? My portal code is Emerald diamond gold iron. IGN is endeerman101. Thank you.

    If your ME system is not in a /claimed chunk, it should be. Fix that, now, and I'll be happy to assist you with tracking down your drive if possible. I'm not helping you recover lost stuff if you don't take steps to protect it however.

    on time i tried to protect it but it said it costed 150ish coal coke which i did not have at the time. I guess I never got around to it afterwards. I am sorry that I did not do and i will Fix it the next Time I log on.

    The point being that you should at least protect your most valuable items... even if you protect one chunk (that has your drives in it), that's better than nothing.

    Also be aware of two things:
    • Signs are free.
    • A sign with three spaces on the first line (and nothing else) will lock the block it's under or on to you.
    ALWAYS lock your most valuable stuff, such as ME Drives and Terminals, even if you can't afford to /claim the chunk.

    You can do that with me drives? whoa thats cool. Im sorry i didnt protect my stuff i was to naive to think someone would steal on this server but apparently not.

    Even sleepy country towns have thefts. It's just less common. Doesn't mean you should leave your door unlocked with your wallet and smartphone sitting on the passenger seat.

    I'll be more than glad to work it out with someone (probably Myrd or another active mod)...but so far I seem to have recovered my cells AND endeer - it's a long story...

    Sadly, while I have circumstantial evidence pointing to a likely culprit, I could not prove anything. Until this user misbehaves in a traceable manner, they will likely get away with the theft.

    In all honesty, I've overplayed Alice 1.6 'til I got to that point where I've run out of things to do. I'll leave you guys to find this culprit, for now I'll be waiting for 1.7...

    EDIT: 1.6 just ain't got the feels like 1.4 or 1.5.
