    She has legal claim over her mod.

    Mojang can sue her to making a derivative work, but Mojang does not suddenly own her code. You can't just write a new EULA out of nowhere and proclaim that all previous derivative works are now owned by you.

    That's not what I meant. The EULA means eloraam cannot release her mod, and then sue people for making derivatives.

    Edit: And her not taking down the mod after the EULA changed (which was a fair while ago, not talking about the drama now) is basically like agreeing to the EULA.

    There is no "basically like agreeing"

    You can't just force other people into contracts like that.
